Zoho CRM and Zoho One consultant in Utah

Zoho can do almost anything if someone sets it up right. We build custom modules, Deluge functions, client scripts, widgets and Zoho Analytics dashboards, and we help Zoho One customers get the rest of the suite working together.

Zoho CRM implementation

Starting fresh or rebuilding? We set up Zoho CRM around your sales and service process, then move your data in and train your team. Leads, Contacts and Deals work fine for a basic sales team. Most businesses need more: policies, orders, contractors, properties, service tickets, claims. We design custom modules and lookups so your data matches your business and related records link the way you'd expect.

Deluge functions and workflows

Deluge is Zoho's scripting language, and it's where most of Zoho's heavy lifting happens. Our functions create and link records, calculate pricing, copy notes between related records, and call outside services when they need to. Every function gets error handling and a dry run on copies of your records first, because a bad function can quietly create duplicates for weeks before anyone notices.

Client scripts and widgets

Client scripts run in the browser while your team works. They're great for pop-up reminders and field checks, or a warning when a record needs special handling. Widgets go further and put a small custom app right on the page, like a text message thread, a vendor lookup, or a tool that decodes an appliance's age from its serial number.

Blueprints and approvals

Blueprints walk a record through set stages and make sure the right fields are filled in before it moves on. They're good for claims, onboarding, quotes and anything else with steps people tend to skip.

Zoho Analytics

CRM reports only go so far. Zoho Analytics can join modules together, track trends year over year and build proper executive dashboards. Renewal and churn rates, revenue by source, how the sales team is tracking: that's the kind of dashboard we build there.

Zoho Flow and integrations

We connect Zoho to phone and texting systems, payment processors, Zoho Forms, Google Workspace and outside apps through Zoho Flow, webhooks or a small serverless worker when Flow can't do the job alone.

Zoho One

Zoho One setup, rollout and cleanup

Zoho One bundles more than 50 Zoho apps under one license: CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, Forms, Sign, Analytics, Creator and a long list of others. It's a great deal on paper. In practice, most companies we meet use three or four of the apps and pay for the rest.

We help you decide which apps are worth turning on, connect them so data flows between them, and retire the separate tools you no longer need. Accounting setup in Zoho Books is done alongside your bookkeeper or CPA, so your books stay theirs to sign off on.

Zoho One assessment

A review of what you're paying for, what you use, and which outside tools Zoho One could replace. We'll also tell you whether all-employee or flexible user licensing makes more sense for your headcount.

Rollout plan

Zoho One works best when apps go live in a sensible order, usually CRM first, then the apps that feed it. We plan the phases so your team learns one thing at a time.

Connected apps

Deals that become invoices in Books, support tickets in Desk that show up on the customer's CRM record, forms that create leads, contracts sent through Sign. Set up once, so nobody retypes anything.

Marketing apps

Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Social and SalesIQ live chat, tied to the CRM so you can see which campaigns bring in customers.

Custom apps on Creator

When your process doesn't fit any app in the bundle, we build one on Zoho Creator: intake forms, portals, approval tools or internal databases that share data with the rest of Zoho.

Users, security and training

User setup in the Zoho One directory, roles and permissions across apps, single sign-on and two-factor sign-in, plus short training for each team on the apps they'll actually use.

Common moves we help with: QuickBooks to Zoho Books, Zendesk or Freshdesk to Zoho Desk, Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns, and spreadsheets to almost anything.

Recent Zoho work

Described without client names.

Two-way texting in Zoho

A related-list widget that shows each customer's text history and sends texts and pictures through the company's phone provider, with each user sending from their own number.

Renewal reminders on the record

A client script that spots renewal-eligible customers when staff open the record and offers a prefilled renewal form link, with different messaging for high-use accounts.

A pricing bug, found and fixed

Credits were being doubled on multi-year orders. We traced it to the live intake function, fixed the math, and verified it on a test order before it touched a customer.

Common questions

Is Zoho One worth it compared to Zoho CRM alone?

It depends on how many Zoho apps you'd really use. If you only need CRM, buy CRM. Once you'd use three or four apps, like CRM plus Books, Desk or Campaigns, Zoho One usually costs less than buying them separately. We'll run the numbers with you before you switch.

We already pay for Zoho One. Where do we start?

With a quick look at what you're using. Most teams get the biggest win from connecting CRM to one or two other apps they already pay for, like Books for invoicing or Desk for support, before turning on anything new.

Can you fix a Deluge function someone else wrote?

Yes. Most of the bugs we see are small: a single equals sign where a double belongs, a loop that creates duplicates, a field that stopped mapping after a layout change. We'll find it, fix it, add error handling and write down what changed.

Can you get our data out of Zoho for reporting?

Yes. Between COQL queries, the CRM API and Zoho Analytics, we can get at almost any data in your CRM. For ongoing reporting we usually sync to Zoho Analytics so dashboards stay current without burning API calls.

Are widgets hard to maintain?

Not if they're built simply. We keep widgets small, document how they authenticate, and avoid paid add-ons where Zoho can do the job on its own.

Tell us what's going on.

A few sentences is plenty. What does the business do, what's getting in the way, and what would you fix first if you could? A real person will write back with questions or a next step, usually within a business day.
