HubSpot onboarding, implementation and cleanup
HubSpot is easy to start and easy to make a mess of. We set it up so your pipelines match how you sell, your marketing and sales data stay in one place, and the account still makes sense two years from now. Think of it as RevOps help without hiring a full-time admin.
Pipelines and properties
Deal stages that mirror how you sell. Required properties only where they matter. As few custom fields as you can get away with. Every extra field is something your team has to skip past.
Workflows and sequences
Lead routing, follow-up tasks, lifecycle stage updates, internal alerts and sales sequences that pause when someone replies. Each workflow gets a clear name and a note on what triggers it, so nobody's afraid to touch it later.
Marketing setup
Forms, landing pages, email templates, lists and lead scoring, all connected to your website and ad accounts so you can see which campaigns turn into deals.
Custom objects and integrations
When contacts, companies and deals aren't enough, custom objects let you track things like properties, contracts or service plans. We also connect HubSpot to phone systems, accounting, payment tools and anything else with an API.
Reports and dashboards
Dashboards for owners and sales managers covering pipeline, win rates, lead sources and rep activity, built from the data your team enters.
Common questions
Which HubSpot hubs do we need?
Fewer than the sales rep will suggest. Many small businesses do fine on the free CRM plus Marketing Hub or Sales Hub Starter. We'll look at what your team does day to day and tell you where the paid tiers are worth it.
Can you clean up a messy HubSpot account?
Yes. We audit properties, lists, workflows and integrations, merge duplicates, archive what's unused, and document what's left so the next person can follow it.
Can you move us between HubSpot and Zoho?
Yes, in either direction. We map fields and pipelines, migrate history and attachments where the APIs allow it, and run a test import before the final one.

Tell us what's going on.
A few sentences is plenty. What does the business do, what's getting in the way, and what would you fix first if you could? A real person will write back with questions or a next step, usually within a business day.
