Marketing, CRM and AI consulting for Utah businesses
We build the systems behind the sale: the website that brings people in, the emails and texts that follow up, the CRM that keeps track of everyone, and the AI tools that take busywork off your team. And you always have a real person to call.
What we can help with
Most projects end up touching two of these. A website is worth more when its contact form drops leads straight into your CRM. A CRM is worth more when it can send the follow-up text for you.

A real person, start to finish
Tanner NackosOwner, Art City ConsultingEvery Art City project has one go-to person who knows your business and your setup. That's who you talk to on the first call, who keeps the project moving, and who you reach when something breaks a year from now. No ticket queues and no new account manager every few months.
Most of the work is done in-house. When a project needs a specialist, like heavy custom development, video production or paid ads at scale, we bring in people we've worked with and trust, and we manage them for you. If you'd be better served working with someone directly, we'll make the introduction. Either way, your go-to person stays the same.
Art City is owned and managed by Tanner Nackos, who has spent 14 years running IT, operations, marketing and analytics. So we start with the business problem and pick the tool second.
- Your leads and customers live in five different places
- You pay for a CRM your team works around instead of in
- Your website looks fine but the phone doesn't ring
- You know AI could help but don't trust it with your data yet

Common questions
Do you only work with Utah businesses?
No. We're based in Utah and meet in person anywhere from Salt Lake City down through Utah County, but most of the work happens over video calls and screen shares, so clients outside Utah work with us the same way.
Who actually does the work?
Most of it is done in-house. For bigger or more specialized projects we bring in trusted contractors and manage them ourselves, or refer you to someone directly when that's the better fit. You'll always know who's working on what, and you'll always have the same go-to person.
Do we need all of these services?
No. Plenty of people come to us for one thing, like fixing a broken Zoho workflow or getting a simple website live. We'll tell you when two pieces should be talking to each other, but you decide what's worth paying for.
Can you fix a CRM someone else set up?
Yes, and it's some of our favorite work. We'll go through what you have, tell you what's worth keeping, and clean up the rest. Starting over is sometimes the right call, but usually it isn't.
What does a project cost?
It depends on the work. Defined projects get a written, fixed quote before anything starts. Ongoing help is billed hourly. Send us a short note about what you need and we'll give you a straight answer.
Tell us what's going on.
A few sentences is plenty. What does the business do, what's getting in the way, and what would you fix first if you could? A real person will write back with questions or a next step, usually within a business day.
