CRM selection
Not sure which CRM to buy? We map how you sell and serve customers, shortlist two or three options, and run a hands-on comparison with your own data before you sign anything.
A CRM should make your team's day easier. If yours is half set up, full of duplicates, or something people work around instead of in, we can fix that. Starting fresh? We'll help you pick the right one, set it up, and connect it to everything else you use.
The approach is the same everywhere: figure out how you sell and serve customers, then make the system match. The platform is a means to that.
The best value when you need the CRM to do a lot. Custom modules, Deluge functions, client scripts, widgets and Zoho Analytics. On Zoho One? We connect CRM to Books, Desk, Campaigns and the rest of the suite.
Zoho CRM and Zoho OneEasy for a team to learn and strong on marketing. Pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences and custom objects, connected to the rest of your tools.
HubSpot consultingA clean visual pipeline that salespeople like using. We set up pipelines and custom fields, automations with if/else branching, two-way email sync, web forms and chat, and Smart Docs for proposals and e-signatures. Plus integrations from Pipedrive's marketplace of 400+ apps.
A good fit when your team already runs projects in monday. We build boards for leads, deals, accounts and client onboarding. Then we add the automations, Gmail or Outlook sync, and dashboards, and keep large boards fast as your data grows.
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Keap, GoHighLevel, Freshsales and others. We handle cleanup, integrations, reporting, workflow fixes and migrations in or out. For big platform-specific builds we bring in a certified specialist and stay your go-to person.
Sometimes your process really doesn't match any CRM. We build custom apps on Zoho Creator or as lightweight web apps: customer portals, quoting tools, intake systems, internal dashboards. All of it is documented so it outlives the project.
Connect the tools that don't talk to each other. We build multi-step Zaps with filters, paths and webhooks across Zapier's 8,000+ apps, and use Zapier Tables and Forms when you need a quick database or intake form. When a native integration or Make, Zoho Flow or a small custom script would be cheaper or more reliable, we'll tell you.
Whatever platform you're on, this is the work we do most.

Pipelines that follow your sales steps. Fields people will fill in. Page layouts that put the important stuff up top. We'd rather build less and have it used than build everything and have it ignored.
Assignment rules, approvals, stage requirements and follow-up tasks, so leads get routed to the right person and nothing sits untouched. Includes Zoho Blueprints, HubSpot workflows, Pipedrive automations and monday automations.
When the built-in tools run out: Deluge functions, JavaScript client scripts and widgets, custom buttons, webhooks, serverless functions and API work. Every script gets error handling and a dry run before it touches live records.
More on Zoho developmentYour CRM should know about every form fill, call, text, payment and signed agreement. We connect web forms, phone systems, accounting, payments, e-signature, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Calls and texts logged to the right record, click-to-call, two-way texting from the customer page, and SMS sent with proper A2P 10DLC registration and opt-out tracking.
Spreadsheets, an old CRM, or one platform to another. We map fields, carry over notes, history and attachments where the platform allows, run a test import, and check counts before go-live.
Duplicate contacts, five spellings of the same company, dead fields and stale records. We merge and standardize what's there, then add validation rules and duplicate checks so it stays clean.
Quote and proposal templates that pull straight from the deal, with e-signature through Zoho Sign, DocuSign, PandaDoc or Pipedrive Smart Docs, and a status update when the client signs.
Dashboards for owners and managers that answer the questions you ask every week: where leads come from, how fast deals move, who's renewing, and what each customer is worth over time.
Web forms, lead scoring, email sequences and texting campaigns that run from inside your CRM, so you can see which campaigns turn into revenue.
See marketing servicesAI that summarizes a customer's history, drafts follow-ups, or answers questions about your pipeline, using built-in tools like Zia and Breeze or a custom MCP server.
See AI servicesA one-time review of your setup: unused fields, broken automations, permission gaps, Zaps that cost more than they should. You get a prioritized list of fixes, whether or not we do the work.
Roles, profiles and sharing rules so people see what they need and nothing else. We also turn on audit logs and two-factor sign-in, and clean up access for people who've left.
Short training sessions on your own records, written notes on every automation, and part-time CRM admin support each month if you don't want to hire a full-time admin.
Rules of thumb, not a sales pitch. Your situation might point somewhere else, and we'll tell you if it does.
Recent CRM projects, described without client names.
When an online order is paid, the CRM converts the lead, creates the customer and their account record, links everything together and fills in pricing, with checks that stop duplicate records.
A widget that lets staff search vendors by county and trade, see the preferred order and after-hours availability, and pick one without leaving the customer's record.
Automatic renewal deals for eligible customers, plus leadership dashboards for renewal rate, recurring revenue and lifetime value by plan and county.
A small serverless webhook that catches inbound text alerts from the company's phone system and passes them into automated CRM workflows. No per-task fees.
Company names entered a dozen different ways were grouped into the right parent brands, so leadership finally saw accurate totals by company and by office.
Notes left on a deal copy automatically to the related policy record, so staff see the full story no matter which record they open.
We work in Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive and monday CRM, so we don't have a reason to push one. Zoho costs the least for how much you can customize. HubSpot is the easiest to adopt and the strongest on marketing, but the price climbs as you add people. Pipedrive is great for a small sales team that lives in its pipeline. monday CRM makes sense if your team already runs projects in monday. Tell us how you sell and how many people need access, and we'll give you a straight answer.
Yes, for most of the common jobs: cleanup, integrations, reports, workflow fixes and migrations in or out. If a project needs a certified specialist, like a large Salesforce build, we'll bring one in and stay your go-to person, or introduce you directly.
Native first, when one exists and does what you need. It's usually free and breaks less. Zapier is great for connecting tools that don't talk to each other, but it bills by task, so a busy Zap can get expensive. For high-volume or tricky automations we'll often write a small custom script or webhook instead, and we'll show you the cost difference before you decide.
We can, but we'll try hard to talk you out of it first. A good off-the-shelf CRM plus some custom code covers most businesses at a fraction of the cost. When your process really doesn't fit, we build on a low-code platform like Zoho Creator or as a lightweight web app, so it's still maintainable after we hand it off.
Yes. We map your old data to the new setup, clean up duplicates and bad records before they move, and run a test import first so you can check it. Most migrations go live over a weekend so your team isn't stuck between two systems.
That's the part that matters most. We build around how your people already work, keep forms short, and automate the data entry everyone hates. Then we train them in short sessions on their own records instead of a generic demo.
Usually, yes. We've set up dial plans, call routing and texting for customer service teams, and most modern phone systems can log calls and texts to the CRM through an integration or an API.
Yes. Some clients keep us on as a part-time CRM admin for fixes and small changes each month. Others just email when something comes up. Either way works.
A few sentences is plenty. What does the business do, what's getting in the way, and what would you fix first if you could? A real person will write back with questions or a next step, usually within a business day.
